When we arrived at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Lake Tekapo there were gale force winds so there were not many people there. When crossing the bridge, it was very windy and you had to hang on to all items as other people lost sunglasses over the side of the bridge.
As you can see from the lake in the background it was very windy with a once in a decade gale force winds.
