Cathedral Cove is an easy 30 minute walk from where the shuttle driver drops you. I would recommend paying the $5 each for this service as it probably saves an additional 30 minutes walking. We were lucky enough to get it free as it was the end of the day but could see that it would be worth the $10. The cove is stunning and both beaches either side were being used for swimming. Its a great spot and it makes for some cool photos if thats your thing. I had heard mixed reviews about it but it's definitely worth the walk and a nice way to spend a couple of hours.
